I had an ordinarie expereince with… I had an ordinarie expereince with RPGShow. It was almost good. The products were okay to use. The website was easy to use and was pretty straight forward. No compalints there. The custume service also was helpful when I needed assistance. So all in all pretty satisfied with my expereince there. However, sthg I did not appreciate was the delivery time. It was too long. Not sure why it took so much time for them to deliver. Other than that, everything else was just fine.

Stunning Stunning Wig I ordered the hairbysam022 dark roots with buttercream ombre/balayage ends, 20 inch 200% density and it is absolutely stunning right out of the box. The color looks so professional, the hairline is plucked to perfection and the knots bleached and invisible. RPGShow has always been the top of the line for me-I have at least 10 wigs over the past 8 years-but with this wig they have even outdone themselves! I am approached at least once a day with compliments about my wigs. If you need a wig, make the investment in an RPGSHOW wig, you will not be disappointed.

I would like to first say I would like to first say, that their customer service assistance, was helpfulness and diligent with this purchase and concerns. I really do appreciate all the effort, attention and time that went into my purchase. Secondly, I can say that I'm greatly satisfied. My wig was sent with care, timely shipping. Not Interested In Customers…only their money I made contact with Tina at RPG Show prior to ordering a unit to insure that my request was doable and within a reasonable timeframe. She responded very quickly advising that it could be ready in 4 to 5 days.I placed the order and received pictures of a unit 6 days later…not sure who’s unit and was advised that if it was ok…it would ship and I would get tracking information…this is the last I heard from them. I have emailed everyday since with no response. Upon checking…this is Chinese new year and it goes on for 15 days. So either this is a scam or they took the money and shut down to party for Chinese new year without advising their customers that there would be a delay or how about not accepting the job since I did email them prior to placing the order to make sure it was doable. Bottom line…this company cares nothing whatsoever about their customers…only their money…save yours and shop somewhere else.

Can't reach customer service I ordered a wig from lifestyle.rpgshow.com and have not received the tracking number for my order. I have emailed for information - no response. The customer service # listed on their website is disconnected. I've tried the customer service number on the RPGSHOW. COM website and it rings, then disconnects. Plus I can no longer access my account. If by some miracle the wig gets delivered, I will never order from them again. There's no excuse for non-communication!
