Great customer service I ordered my new wig and before sending my wig, RPG sent me a picture of what my wig would look like. I asked if they could lighten it up and without hesitation they agreed. Before sending my new wig they sent another picture after lighting my wig just to make sure I was satisfied! After receiving my wig I was in love with it!!I love RPG's great customer satisfaction !!

Poor Customer Service Let me first start by saying that, I love their wigs! It's the customer service that sucks. I've purchased several wigs from them, however, I tried to log in and the login site said that my password wasn't valid, so I proceeded to update it, using forgot password. I never received a link to change it and have used different emails to retrieve it,w/o success. I've called, no response, so I'm never able to use any points that I may have accumulated. Whenever I purchase from them, I'm basically checking out as a guest

I’ve been ordering from this website… I’ve been ordering from this website for years now. And with time i figured what suits me the most of their wigs and with which hairstylist. I’m really satisfied with their customer service and their professionalism in managing some problems that accrued. I definitely recommend them

RPGSHOW 1st Class Customer Service It was my first time buying the wig that cost $600.00 dollars and it was a beautiful 16 inch colorful blend so I paid extra. I bought it in June 2023 and by October 2023 it had some shedding and lost some length. I contacted RPGSHOW and we exchanged a few emails and I told them I loved the product but it shedded quite a bit! I provided before and after pictures per their request. They responded on how to provide great care going forward and gave me some credit to purchase another wig!!! I was so pleased that they took the time to communicate with me. My best friend has been a long time customer and I will remain with RPG as well! Great service goes a long way and RPGSHOW is number 1 with customer satisfaction!

Horrible Hair I purchased a lace front brazilian wig from Rpg show the hair quality is sooooo poor. The wig doesn't look nothing like what was advertise they're scams I would definitely not recommended this company I don't even feel there hair is even real brazilian hair. There rude and when you ask questions about it being brazilian hair they refuse to answer. Horrible hair never again they scam you take your money and don't send you what you purchased. Just horrible
