Great customer service I ordered my new wig and before sending my wig, RPG sent me a picture of what my wig would look like. I asked if they could lighten it up and without hesitation they agreed. Before sending my new wig they sent another picture after lighting my wig just to make sure I was satisfied! After receiving my wig I was in love with it!!I love RPG's great customer satisfaction !!

Horrible Hair I purchased a lace front brazilian wig from Rpg show the hair quality is sooooo poor. The wig doesn't look nothing like what was advertise they're scams I would definitely not recommended this company I don't even feel there hair is even real brazilian hair. There rude and when you ask questions about it being brazilian hair they refuse to answer. Horrible hair never again they scam you take your money and don't send you what you purchased. Just horrible

I wish I could give RPGShow's wig… I wish I could give RPGShow's wig "sofiathewigstylist003" a zero-star rating for the horrendous experience I've had with it. I ordered what was described as a stunning Caramel blonde wig for my wedding, only to receive a dismal gray mess. Immediately upon its arrival, I noticed the stark difference between what was advertised and what I received. The brown roots are not the same, The dye job far from blonde. I contacted their customer support within 20 minutes of delivery, as per their return policy, requesting a return label and a refund. Little did I know that this would be the start of a frustrating ordeal. Despite sending no less than seven emails pleading for resolution, I received nothing but radio silence from RPGShow when they acknowledge their incompetence and say they'll send a return label. Mind you, this is the second time in the past couple months going through a headache with their beyond unethical goons. I have resorted to opening PayPal disputes (that's how I got my money back a couple months ago, and what I have to do now). RPGShow's attempt to coerce me into paying for return shipping, despite their policy clearly stating otherwise for cases reported within 7 days, is utterly reprehensible. It's beyond distasteful; it's downright disgusting. This isn't my first rodeo with RPGShow. In the past, I've tolerated their inaccuracies, often resorting to dyeing or tweaking their wigs to salvage some semblance of value. But enough is enough. I refuse to be taken advantage of any longer. I've spent $638 on a product that is a far cry from what was advertised, and I request a full refund already.

Wig was excellent quality Wig was excellent quality! The lace blends so well it’s crazy. I just can’t believe how real it looks. I’ll definitely order another wig from RPGSHOW. Also the customer service was really good, they kept me informed every step of the way and afterwards made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
