Poor quality I’ve been in IBE extensions for almost 5 years and tried many different brands. I was actually a model for this brand and was so excited! Unfortunately, the hair has been a big let down. It doesn’t plump up and match my hair texture like others, it doesn’t hold a curl well and see to get knotted rather fast. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like it’s 100% real human hair… it has a lot of synthetic similarities… 😬

Excellent Customer Service and Amazing Hair!! Excellent customer service. The product is unbelievable and highly recommended for anyone looking for extensions. The hair last so long it is definitely worth paying more money up front than the cheaper brands. Believe me you will never regret it.

The Best Extensions Great extensions. The tape-ins easy to remove with minimum residue left behind. Hair feels very natural and soft even after many washes and regular ironing.

I love the hair, but This is by far the worst customer service in the beauty industry. I’ve been a stylist for 20 years. The last hair extensions I bought (last because I will no longer use their product) lasted 5 months. They gave me 5% off my next purchase- a whopping $17. They are rude and don’t stand behind their own product. The founder is super sweet but has entrusted her company into the wrong hands. Buy elsewhere!
