The staff is more than accommodating The staff is more than accommodating. The color is fantastic, quality of hair is superb. I just wish they had shorter lengths so I didn't have to cut so much off for my volume clients that do not want to use tape ins.

The quality of hair is outstanding, and I recieved my extensions in the mail 1 day earlier than the fastest expected delivery date, and that was during a week with a holiday! I have used both wafts for hand tied extensions and keratin bonds and I love them both!

The Best Extensions Great extensions. The tape-ins easy to remove with minimum residue left behind. Hair feels very natural and soft even after many washes and regular ironing.

I am baffled by how bad these… I am baffled by how bad these extensions are. This company used to be great. Both my sister and I have used laced extensions, however both of us bought have had the worst experience this year. We use different colors and we both bought around the same time....twice! We have decided it would be better to buy cheaper hair, because the quality would be the same. Don't waste your money. It's n of t worth the risk to end up with straw.

Horrible hair quality and equally bad customer service Horrible hair quality and customer service. I've had my hair extensions in for a month and the hair extensions are shedding like crazy. Their customer service is a joke, they do not issue refunds on their poor quality hair. They offered for me to return the hair so they can "take a look at what's going on". This look is an exorbitant cost to me as I have to pay to remove the extensions and the pay to reinstall when I receive the hair. Do not recommend purchasing hair from here. It's poor quality they will just shed and you'll be out $$$$$
