Minting process I would have liked to have seen a test coin prior to the pressing of the all the coins, so I could see what the finished product looked like. The image I received was clear but when I received the finished product some of the details on my coin were very small and hard to make out. Having a proof to look at would have afforded me the opportunity to make some adjustments before the remaining coins were minted.

The service was very good the coin was … The service was very good the coin was designed well and the art work and proof were very well done. Time limited of 2 years for mold retention is a concern. I would hope for a longer period.

Outsourced to China I had no problems with the ordering process or customer service and the coins turned out better than I expected. The only problem I had was although this is an American based company I did not realize the coin production was outsourced to China. It would have been nice to know that before hand.
