We sell men's underwear that may show an exposed rear. Their own blog shows how succesful they were and gave an example to an online women's underwear to store "Lounge". We pointed out that "Lounge" website was full of photo's with exposed rear shots but were basicaly ignored.

Excellent service We used AdRoll to do remarketing campaigns a lot. It is easy to use and could satisfy our different business needs. It now has been a vitally important platform for our business success. Their client service is terrific! Whenever we have questions, we will get immediate feedback and support from them. Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. I waste 3 days to setup account, campaign, ads, they even require me to setup my CC details and only after that suspend my ads and campaign, coz we are Law firm. Are you kidding me? There are a lot of Law firms, who have account with Adroll. Few words about customer service: no phone communication, email and chat (just basic answers), sometimes response time is >48 hours. Waste of my time :-(

Not the answer you need to your Advertising if you are a small company We installed this on our site and so far have not been able to use it properly. From initial sales pitch, we thought it would be much more automated, that you would be able to set up dynamic ads to retarget customers. Its been hassle all the way. First we found a bug when trying to set up Cart Abandonment Ads with Facebook, as you cant do dynamic ads, nor can you select adverts as there is a bug, which has not been fixed. Secondly, I couldnt even get it working as its still in review 6 days later! Frankly they are only interested in you if you have 50K visitors per month. Have cancelled the trial and uninstalled the plugin. Not impressed!

Check the review first before giving any details to them They took all my business Informtion just to view a recorded webinar and more over after filling that there was no video available and ideally this information has to be put before asking for any details! My mistake i didnt check the reviews first or else i dont even stay for a minute on this website. well you always learn.
