GBMy first thought was adroll Adroll does a great job getting our name out there. We used to have a rep (Traci) that would call me every 2-3 weeks, and review how it's going, make suggestions, and helping develop strategies. We were transferred to a new rep, whom we've heard from, I think twice in over a year? I like the service, just disappointed there isn't more assistance.

GBAbsolutely AWFUL customer service Absolutely AWFUL customer service. You will never get a meaningful answer on anything! The platform is also extremely limited in terms of what advertisers can control. There is no way to exclude ad placements, control days or times when ads run, make bid adjustments and so much more.

GBWorst advertising Platform ever Worst advertising Platform ever. It's so hard to use. They say you can optimize for conversions, but it doesn't work. Their Customer Support reps are stupid and do not understand anything. I'm chatting with Sobhana K and all of a sudden she just left the chat. Horrible!
