Their platform is user friendly, and the open API allows our other applications to be useful as well. You have to make sure how the partners work and keep control of duplicate contacts or the CRM can get messy and you have multiples of contacts.

Not as good as what we were told/sold! We purchased Kindful one year ago and I knew this was going to be the answer to our problems. Our salesperson did an excellent job of selling but unfortunately that is where it has ended. It is not user-friendly. It does not work well with Quickbooks. It is not an easy transition or download from an existing product. It is not report friendly. I would actually give it a lower rating except everyone has been so "Kind". The helpdesk is better than average. This transition has been a nightmare and I do not see it getting a lot better. Sorry!

We received customized service due to our... Our initial transfer of data was rocky but the Kindful team did all they could to help us make the transition as smooth as possible. We received customized service due to our own particular problems and it was very appreciated. Lots of back and forth with the customer service people and now, a year and a half later, we rarely, if ever need help. So pleased with our decision!

Kindful is dynamic, yet easy to use I've really loved how easy Kindful has made running our online donations. Before it was just a hectic mess of spreadsheets emailed back and forth and now our whole team can be on the same page. The program gives us enough flexibility to build what we need but it is user-friendly enough that all members of our team - despite varying tech capability - can all manage and use the program.

Kindful has been absolutely essential… Kindful has been absolutely essential for Friends of Kijabe. It pays for itself with the add credit card fee option at checkout. Support is great, plays nicely with other programs. Syncs with quickbooks, though does require diligence to make sure designations and funds are correct. Looking forward to switching to Emma for email sync possibilities.
