Nonprofit Our nonprofit has been able to better track and maintain our donor base since we started using Kindful 2+ years ago. There are several facets we haven’t used yet, but we are looking forward to the improvements to our donor management when we have time to implement things we have learned from guides and webinars. Kindful has been super helpful for our… Kindful has been super helpful for our organization. Before Kindful we used a system of google spreadsheets and PayPal to manage and keep track of donation. Kindful has been a game changer for us. We are now able to track all donations accurately and process donations through PayPal and Stripe. There are so many useful tools in Kindful like the acknowledgements and peer to peer fundraising pages. We've been using Kindful for 3 years and I wouldn't change a thing.

Would not correct our database integration … Would not correct our integration for our database. Their explanation of the process was poor, I reached out because I didn't understand and received a basic, read it again response, I downloaded my database to the best of my understanding, needless to say it was wrong, I couldn't run correct reports, I spent a lot of time with one of the techs trying to fix it, after a month, they had "Fixed it" and when I went in, it was still very wrong. I reached out again and told them my only solution was to truly start all over again with the process, wipe everything out and start over. They refused to do this and then I wanted to terminate and they wouldn't refund any of our money. It was a very long and inconvenient process and I went back to my old database and will not renew with them. The whole purpose of a database is have correct information, if you can't work with me until it is correct, then that defeats the purpose.

getting ripped off I placed a order on 9/29/23 for a lp tank and used there tracking site, according to tracking site the tank is in and delivered to plainville ct, I live minnesota, tryed to contact them by phone , no answer sent a message on there web site, no answer. so I got ripped off. beware of this company..FYI the company I bought the tank from is called Kindeful not Kindful. Not sure this review got posted for the correct company

When Kindful in not Kind Our small nonprofit did a lot of research when choosing a donor management system. Our choice landed with Kindful. After 6 months of onboarding experience, and a few uploading issues that corrupter our financial management program, QuickBooks, we had to break our ties with Kindful. If we had renewed, they would have honored a $600 discount, but with our poor experience, we decided not to renew. I am very disappointed they told us they would not honor any type of financial refund, despite the hours we had to pay employees to fix their mistake. I caution you, do not allow Kindful to sync by uploading to Quickbooks, until you are sure everything has been imported correctly into Kindful during your onboarding sessions.
