Mailchimp is a rip off! Mailchimp used to be great but they have raised their prices over the years and are not only overpriced they have horrible support. I changed providers and they kept charging me even after I had zero contacts they kept charging me for 12,000 / month which is over $200/month. They are a total rip off even if you don't send any emails you have to "pay for your contacts" which they are probably selling anyway. Not to be trusted and not worth the crazy fees!!! I had to make a dispute with my credit card company as they keep trying to charge me even after archiving all my contacts.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, horrible abuse-prevention system that "detects" abusive words which do not exist. I was about to send a marketing email for engineering services which turned out to be abusive. The poor customer representative asked me to export/remove my data from Mailchimp.

They used to be top before 2 years but… They used to be top before 2 years but not anymore. I am trying to regain access to my account, I have activated a 2FA with my old number and all the codes go to this one. I have contacted support more than 7 times, but they ignored my emails (I got a reply after 8-9 days), still waiting for a solution for over 4 months now...

Thieves These guys are trying to get your money by any means possible. They charge for everything, non-transparently. They make it almost impossible to downgrade, or cancel your account. What do you mean I can only downgrade to the Free plan only once in my lifetime?
