Mailchimp is a rip off! Mailchimp used to be great but they have raised their prices over the years and are not only overpriced they have horrible support. I changed providers and they kept charging me even after I had zero contacts they kept charging me for 12,000 / month which is over $200/month. They are a total rip off even if you don't send any emails you have to "pay for your contacts" which they are probably selling anyway. Not to be trusted and not worth the crazy fees!!! I had to make a dispute with my credit card company as they keep trying to charge me even after archiving all my contacts.

I sold my business in 2022 and gave… I sold my business in 2022 and gave every login to the new owners. They did not update the card information so I got stuck with the bill for over a year. I requested a new card and it was still charging me! It took me months to cancel because they said we can not cancel the card without the last 4 OF MY OLD CARD. They can see the account but without the card number they can not cancel it. Now I'm stuck dealing with this with my bank and hundreds of dollars out of my pocket. Do not use.

Terrible company!! I signed up for Mailchimp through Wix, when I logged into the Mailchimp website it proceeded to say I had a free plan still and services had been paused. I reached out to mailchimp 4 times over 5 days and received and email to say, ya we checked you don't have an account, ticket has been closed! Literally no effort what so ever! Terrible communication, wouldn't recommend thos company at all, I'd rather pay more to another company!!

This is a rip-off. The interface is terribly slow. But the worst part is the billing. It fluctuates every month so you never know how much you will pay. Also, the prices keep increasing and they charge you even more for "additional block" without warning. They do not act swiftly to reduce the billing amount when you downgrade your plan. This is a rip-off.
