FRThieves These guys are trying to get your money by any means possible. They charge for everything, non-transparently. They make it almost impossible to downgrade, or cancel your account. What do you mean I can only downgrade to the Free plan only once in my lifetime?

ITVery Poor templates. Very poor assistance Very Poor templates, and not easy to modificate. If you want to come back to a previous version, it is impossible. This can be applied both for landing pages, but also for embedded forms which are not easily customizable (before mail chimp I tried Convert kit and on this field it was quite better). Even with a paid plan receiving assistance is impossible: - with the BOY... waste of time - with the email, I filled all the fields, but when I tried to send it says "there was an error in sending" luckily we're talking about Mailchimp, that should be the specialist of email - with the chat, at the beginning someone answer me, but when I explained the problem, She disappeared. then came back after 10 min, making me loose a lot of time, asking me unuseful screenshots, asking silly questions without solving anything. I would rather prefer she saying "our templates don't have the option come to the previous step" instead of loosing 40 min

AMHorrible customer service Horrible customer service, horrible abuse-prevention system that "detects" abusive words which do not exist. I was about to send a marketing email for engineering services which turned out to be abusive. The poor customer representative asked me to export/remove my data from Mailchimp.

SEUsed for sending spam. I receive spam from companies using their service. I've been able to prove this over and over. When reporting abuse, Mailchimp will just mark it "resolved" without ever commenting on the fact. They're more or less impossible to get in contact with, specially when dealing with abuse claims. They end their automated emails with "We look forward to hearing from you soon.", but if you reply it will just make a new request leading to another automated email. Getting any actual contact with MailChimp is impossible. I have waited for almost two weeks ...

BEThey make it nearly impossible to cancel… They make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. I find this utterly discusting. Shame on you.
