GBNot worth the expense I used hairstory products prior to the covid fallout. Then they went completely woke and that was against my personal opinions and beliefs, so stopped supporting them. Their products were good but very, very expensive. It helped my hair but there are so many similar, cheaper products out there with exactly the same ingredients, that work just as well on my hair, if not better. Please don't support this woke company ! If businesses can't stand with conviction and truth, they don't deserve our money !

GBBeware—they do NOT give return address… Beware—they do NOT give return address for return! They make it so difficult—what an incredibly frustrating experience JUST trying to get return address….they definitely play games and try to not give your money back ; their return policy is bogus!!!! DO NOT ORDER.

GBHairstory Rich has been a game changer… Hairstory Rich has been a game changer for my hair and scalp! Especially during the winter when I get dry skin. It does an amazing job of protecting my color treated hair, and the color lasts sooooo much longer now than it ever did before using regular drugstore shampoo. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to extend the amount of time between washes! I still use detergent-based shampoo once every couple weeks because my scalp is super finicky, but I use new wash every other day. Any my hair has never been so soft!!

NLPaid but never delivered They were happy to collect money from my credicard without notifying me. A package was send to my address but it was never delivered. The package got send back to the company because I was not aware hair story had send anything. Now they refuse to send it again. Having to pay a product without receiving anything is criminal.

GBFine, except the customer service The product itself has always been fine, although I have had to use a conditioner on top as my hair is still left dry so not really the 2 in 1 it claims, and for the price a little bit of a let down (although maybe I just needed to change to a different type) My big issue has been with customer service. I have emailed their support multiple times now regarding a misplaced delivery and have had no reasonable response from them, or really any response at all. Completely unacceptable considering the cost of this, IMO.
