GBNot worth the expense I used hairstory products prior to the covid fallout. Then they went completely woke and that was against my personal opinions and beliefs, so stopped supporting them. Their products were good but very, very expensive. It helped my hair but there are so many similar, cheaper products out there with exactly the same ingredients, that work just as well on my hair, if not better. Please don't support this woke company ! If businesses can't stand with conviction and truth, they don't deserve our money !

GBHairstory Rich Wash - Save Your Money & Avoid Damaging Your Hair I have never reviewed a product before but I am so disappointed by the Hairstory Rich New Wash I wanted to write here in the hopes of helping someone save their money. I have tried 2 packets of the Rich New Wash over about 2 months. My fine coloured hair is more brittle after using Hairstory, the ends seem to have broken off & my scalp is flaky & itchy. This was a costly purchase & I was doubtful after a few uses but felt I should persevere as I had read such great things plus spent so much. I was especially impressed by the review by India Knight, who I typically find honest & has great recommendations. Check out the ingredients; I was skeptical when I saw how many seemed to be alcohol related, something known for stripping hair of life. This has been a costly mistake over & above how dull & ruined my hair now looks.

NZAbysmal customer service Abysmal customer service. Order was supposed to take 2-5 days, I’m now being told it will take a month. Stopped replying when I asked to cancel my order. Just use a different product. This one is not special.

GBLong-term discerning user, here! I’ve used regular New Wash for about a year. I’ve got longish, medium texture, type 1-2, hennaed hair. Before I started using New Wash, my hair was tangling the minute the comb left it, despite max-moisture conditioners. Now my only problem is laziness ... I need to “new wash” my hair every 3-4 days for it to look its best. The silicone scalp massage brush helps!

GBDamaged my hair. Have been gradually transitioning away from shampoo - first, using sulfate and silicone free products, then washing less often, then moving to co-washing. I thought that if this product lived up to the hype, it might be worth the expense. Three weeks later, I've had to ask for a refund. My hair is unbelievably dry and straw like and started to shed/break off at an alarming rate. Not only could I not wash and leave to air dry, I'm having to buy extra products to repair the damage. This may work for some people, but not for me.
