Useless I purchased this on 19th July and have got through what I consider to be the settling phase. Now out the other side, my hair at best is no different, at worst, it’s more frizzy than before and I’ve noticed some thinning at the front (my hair has always been very thick with no issues at all - except slight frizziness). I’ve asked for my money back.

Steals from their customers… I have been locked out of my account since signing up. When I try resetting the password to get in it says that email isn't on file. I then wrote the company directly and they have told me my subscription is cancelled and yet I'm still being charged and I now have three full bottles of a product that doesn't work on my hair. If I want to return them I have to pay. At this point they're just straight up stealing from me. Be very weary before ordering and I personally would never have a subscription with them ever again.

Good product, Awful customer service Really like the product - let me throw out other styling products (I bought the New Wash and the Dress Up product for heat protection/styling). It is extremely expensive and I have found the customer service HORRIFIC. I had a shipping issue and at some point they stopped responding. If they got their customer service sorted I might purchase from them again.

Fine, except the customer service The product itself has always been fine, although I have had to use a conditioner on top as my hair is still left dry so not really the 2 in 1 it claims, and for the price a little bit of a let down (although maybe I just needed to change to a different type) My big issue has been with customer service. I have emailed their support multiple times now regarding a misplaced delivery and have had no reasonable response from them, or really any response at all. Completely unacceptable considering the cost of this, IMO.

GOOD BUT TOOOOOO EXPENSIVE PLUS SHIPPING If you are looking for a natural shampoo which does not lather up or irritate your scalp, the Hairstory New Wash is excellent for bleached course curly hair. Hugely expensive at $ 147.00 for 20 fl oz plus shipping $ 10.00 extra : ( which is too expensive. Packaging is hopeless in the shower and carefull to note 1 x purchase only !
