Fine, except the customer service The product itself has always been fine, although I have had to use a conditioner on top as my hair is still left dry so not really the 2 in 1 it claims, and for the price a little bit of a let down (although maybe I just needed to change to a different type) My big issue has been with customer service. I have emailed their support multiple times now regarding a misplaced delivery and have had no reasonable response from them, or really any response at all. Completely unacceptable considering the cost of this, IMO.

I spent a great deal of time researching the product before buying, and paid close attention to how to use the wash on my hair. For reference, my hair is normal, not dry or oily. The directions say to rinse, rinse, and rinse again, with a brush, which is exactly what I did. My hair has felt wonderful and stays clean for longer. Other reviewers have commented about the cost of Hair Story, and if you compare the costs of a both a high-end shampoo and conditioner, New Wash by Hair Story is actually less expensive.

Hugely expensive at $ 147.00 for 20 fl oz plus shipping $ 10.00 extra : ( which is too expensive. Packaging is hopeless in the shower and carefull to note 1 x purchase only !

Soft and Silky I just got back from getting my hair cut. I had two different stylists working on my hair at different points throughout the appointment. Both of them commented on how soft and silky my hair felt (without knowing that the other person said the same thing). I have been using the Rich New Wash for about four months now and love how it gets rid of my frizz and softens my hair.
