GBI’ve suffered tremendous hair. I’ve suffered tremendous hair loss due to stress & health, my older sister purchased the Ruby for me & it was a perfect match. It made me feel so much better about myself. For some reason the tip broke. I messaged & got a rapid response. They offered me a replacement. So my experience has been wonderful. I have told everyone about this company & will continue to do so. I will be a return customer.

GBHorrible Horrible, fraud website. Never received my order. I put a dispute in with my bank. I sent 20 emails and no responses. Called, phone disconnected. I learned one thing check out the website if they are legit. Because this website added a slight difference to the name. Beware! They deserve 0 rating!

GBPrettyparty #1 best ponytail to order :) I absolutely "love" my new Ruby. ( I got the smooth, long layered) so natural looking and very soft. Can't wait to show it off! I had a few exchanges on the colors but the chat customer service reps were very helpful, patient, and caring on trying to get me the correct/closes color to my hair. Would definitely recommend ordering from Prettyparty . I might even decide to get a different style (since I know the exact color to order now:) Thank You Prettyparty

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Zero stars. I’m not even sure they exist anymore. I placed an order that was never fulfilled even after multiple emails to customer service over almost 60 days. Your order confirmation says expect delivery in 5-9 business days, but I never received the items or reasons for delay. I finally asked them to cancel and refund. I have not received an email back regarding my request. I attempted to call the company using the 1-877 number listed. The message says the number is “temporarily out of service.”
