Ordered the Ruby Aug 5th Ordered the Ruby Aug 5th. Apart from a order confirmation email I received no other updates, Aug 17th I emailed to inquire about my order, was told it was on back order and would ship in 1-2 weeks, still nothing and now my emails are being ignored. All the good reviews are so over the top, I’m inclined to believe they are posted by the company.

Prettyparty #1 best ponytail to order :) I absolutely "love" my new Ruby. ( I got the smooth, long layered) so natural looking and very soft. Can't wait to show it off! I had a few exchanges on the colors but the chat customer service reps were very helpful, patient, and caring on trying to get me the correct/closes color to my hair. Would definitely recommend ordering from Prettyparty . I might even decide to get a different style (since I know the exact color to order now:) Thank You Prettyparty

Absolutely do NOT recommend… I’ve had good luck with this company in the past (I love their ponytail extensions), but I placed an order at the beginning of February and never received it, even though they immediately charged my credit card. I reached out via email a few times and received replies at first, telling me they were having issues and would ship them out soon, but I haven’t even received replies to the past couple emails I’ve sent them. I finally submitted a claim to my credit card company and they refunded my money. I don’t know if they’ve gone out of business or what, but this was a very disappointing experience.

SCAM!! BE VERY BEWARE SCAM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIPPED ANYTHING! I ordered the Ruby on 10/7/22, they immediately charged my credit card. Never received any kind of order confirmation until 3 days later saying the item was back ordered and that they didnt have a restock date scheduled at this time and asked if I wanted a different item or a refund. I replied back to email stating I wanted a refund. Never heard from this company again. Have emailed 4 times and called 877-587-7889 & 866-389-6629 and no one EVER answers either number. 10/25/22 STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR AN ORDER THEY NEVER SHIPPED OUT.

No Seller Order Updates- Never Shipped I placed an order on 11/27/22, I never received any tracking information which on the website says 2-3 days. In December 13 I reached out to them because I still didn't have tracking info. They respond on the 15th to say 1 item out of 6 is out of stock. I asked why they did not ship the rest of my order and still no response after 6 days. Requested to cancel the order. Going through Paypal to get my refund. Horrible Company To Do Business With!
