If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible product. I tried using it and it made my hair so dry and frizzy that I called to stop product deliveries. I told them it wasn't working and they attempted to sell me more product. They continued to hold me with letters and bills. I called to rectify and pay balance. They kept adding more on. Then wouldn't allow me to return product. I didn't have patches, but hair just randomly falling out at roots. I was very angry with them when I called again and said do not send me more product in anyway, and again she tried to sell me more. What a scam company.

DO NOT BUY. FAKE REVIEWS AND BAD SERVICE They have the worst customer service. They are not professional and do not even send up follow up invoices and just charge my credit card! Their online website does not even have ways you can manage your account or see any charges. I had contacted their customer service multiple times and never received a follow up response email so I had to call and wait. I had tried their vitamin products and it only made my hair fall out terribly in clumps. Then the customer service agent says that is how I know the product is working. Okay. Thank you for the complete reverse effect of why I purchased your product. Charging my card without even sending any invoice or notice. SCAMMERS!!!

SCAMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMM!!!! never again. They will trick you to sign up and when you cancel before the 30 days. Charges will continue to come. Like that stupid Daily Essentials vitamin, I canceled it 3 days before the deadline and they said you only canceled the automatic shipment. So, we have the right to cont. charging you $59.95 every month even though there's no products in the mail. YOU CAN KEEP THE $200 you scammed me and hope your company burns down into ashes. I so believe in KARMA! I refuse supporting companies that provides false advertisements to consumers like myself. To top it off i payed $17 to mail the products back and they also deducted $10 for the shipping.

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT! I ordered a promotional 30 day supply for $10. I declined any subscription so that I would not be charged monthly. I received the 30 day supply and began taking them. They're not different than any other OTC hair, skin and nails vitamins that you get for much less. Furthermore, I was charged $60 because apparently if you decline the subscription, they automatically begin charging the normal fee. I still don't understand because I declined any further shipments or monthly subscription. So now I have the burden of sending the product they just shipped and I have to pay to ship it back. I am LIVID! $60 for vitamins is a joke and I DID NOT agree to this

Dissatisfied Honestly, I’d give it a negative if I could. I have been using this for a year, exactly as recommended and this product did absolutely NOTHING for my hair and was grossly overpriced!!!! I am sorry I ever let myself be gullible enough to waste my money!!!
