Watch out Watch out, Scam Alert! Keranique is not ethical or honest. Keranique is burdened by a cumbersome web site and associates who have little or no training, with a serious lack of processing a simple telephone conversation. The product is great, but the billing system is designed to confuse and scam customers. It has taken me 4 months to unravel the mess created by one inept telephone operator at Keranique. It is still not resolved. Go to Target, CVS, or Amazon if you want ethical business practices. the billing system

Not worth losing more hair... Using the full system for 3mths resulted in MORE hair loss and definitely no improvement in my hair. I ended up with about 20-25% less hair than when I started :( Pros: Tingly, cool feeling that's pleasant on the scalp. Fast shipping. OK customer service (once you get through...). Cons: Expensive, difficult to obtain in Australia (not available in stores here - online only), auto-subscription was in tiny print (so that was an unpleasant surprise).

Keranique is such a ripoff Keranique is such a ripoff. Go to CVS, Walmart, Target, Walgreens and simply buy minoxidil. They charged me close to $200.00 for three small bottles of minoxidil and a mini shampoo and conditioner. They break down the payments so you do not realize how much they are charging you. DO NOT BUY! Also, I only purchased the trial and requested they not send me anymore product but of course they ship you product anyway and then bill you.

Don't buy from Keranique :( I ordered the "KereViatin" from Keranique for $10. I just wanted to try the vitamins. As soon as I hit ENTER to order the vitamins, I received an email stating that I has signed up for a 90 day subscription of vitamins. I tried to cancel and the customer service person said that I still had to pay $105 for the vitamins. What happened to the full money back guarantee? I'm writing this to warn others DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is deceptive advertising. I plan on contacting the State Attorney's office as well as the Better Business Bureau.
