Great service for the most part. Great service, reasonable price, and very efficient. Product was well done. Only about less than 3% of the pouches were defective the first order. I do wish they would have done something to follow up with my about the defective bags to show an attempt to improve or warranty their work. That would have set them over the top. I've emailed their customer support as well as direct salesman contact but no response. Overall I will continue using their service for now.

Excellent! My experience with The Packaging Lab was excellent! I received free samples quickly, so I was able to select the appropriate size package to make sure the dimensions worked for my product. The artwork templates were helpful to make sure our design worked as anticipated. The finished product was what I expected and more! Service was quick and the quality was great! Very happy!

Wonderful Experience The Amazing Caramel Company had a wonderful experience with the Packaging Lab. Greg Bates was our designer and he was very helpful and patient with all her design changes. INCREDIBLE Wow, I can't say enough how remarkable this company is. I was helped by so many different people who specialized from the design (Nyla), the specs (Jeff), alterations, samples, and so much more. Always patient, thorough, and attentive to detail. My packages turned out to be stellar. The pricing is good since there are no minimums. I will continue to use this company. Customer service is excellent, email replies and phone times were instant.
