She created such incredible packages for us our customers are surely going love our products even more! Great service for the most part. Great service, reasonable price, and very efficient. Product was well done. Only about less than 3% of the pouches were defective the first order. I do wish they would have done something to follow up with my about the defective bags to show an attempt to improve or warranty their work. That would have set them over the top. I've emailed their customer support as well as direct salesman contact but no response. Overall I will continue using their service for now.
