GBGreat job by Luggers! Great job by Jerome & Michael T with large, heavy boxes. Lugg & IKEA should smooth out delivery process. IKEA didn't mention need to text receipt to Lugg or that shipment might arrive 1.5 hours after window.

GBJerome and Michael rule!! Jerome and Michael were excellent today resolving my conflict with Ikea and delivering my items. They are super professionals, and also super friendly and handled all the items with incredible care and in a very timely manner. This is my very first time using Lugg and I will definitely use again whenever needed. Super satisfied with the service I had today. Thanks a million Michael and Jerome, thanks Lugg.

CAPathetic customer service! Pathetic customer service! Requested a size change within minutes of ordering and didn’t hear back for 3 days at which time I was told it was too late to change (obviously) it. I was advised that instead I could return the item for a new size as soon as it arrived. Weeks later after at least 5 emails back and forth I received the required return labels. I wanted confirmation they would honour my purchase price and 11/2 weeks later at least 3 emails I received the reply they would not honour my purchase price. NOT IMPRESSED have been a loyal gold star customer for years but I will not order from them in the future.

GBJerome and Michael were absolutely amazing Jerome and Michael were absolutely fabulous. They 100% know what they were doing. Everything was moved in super quick. Also the entire time they were communicating with me and giving me updates about their arrival time. They also had the best attitudes!

GBLocal move On time, careful with move, pleasant to deal with, pricing clearly specified, no unexpected mark ups. Your app, however, authorizes marketing cookies by default which should be opt in rather than opt out.
