Awesome experience Awesome experience - fast service and both workers were polite and efficient. They asked great questions before starting and followed everything exactly. They even showed us a few tricks on how to place the furniture when we need to move it. We will definitely use Lugg again!

LUGG is a great service LUGG is a great service ! I've use them about six times and had great experiences. Courteous movers, never a long wait for the job to be accepted. They have picked up purchases from estate sales for me and furniture stores without me being there, and it's never been a problem.

Great job by Luggers! Great job by Jerome & Michael T with large, heavy boxes. Lugg & IKEA should smooth out delivery process. IKEA didn't mention need to text receipt to Lugg or that shipment might arrive 1.5 hours after window.
