GBWe have used Luggage Forward twice and… We have used Luggage Forward twice and both times have gone well. Professional, easy to use, kept in touch in the process, and timely. The only potential issue is both times our luggage was returned home almost a week early. It was not a problem for us but could be if one were not flying home directly.
