Trust Luggage Forward with your luggage I called Luggage Forward Customer Service more than once since this was my first experience shipping luggage and had a number of questions. Each agent was very knowledgeable and prompt in responding to my query. Also, I enjoyed speaking with a live person rather than a chat box. Receiving a print out of the ship to labels was very helpful and the instructions were very clear. The bags were delivered to the destination ahead of schedule. On return trip one of the pieces was received very quickly and I when I called and left a message to mention that the second bag had yet to be received I received a prompt and detailed email reply explaining that the second bag was still with Customs and would be shipped shortly upon release. The customer service agent subsequently followed up with me when the bag cleared customs the following day and it was received without mishap. I highly recommend Luggage Forward and will use them when traveling.

Timeliness of pickup and delivery were good… Timeliness of pickup and delivery were great - however, on return of luggage from cruise ship to our house, luggage was badly marred and in two cases, the hard case was cracked. Also, a number was written on several of my suitcases in permanent marker, further marring it. Luggage very banged up and extremely dirty.

To begin with you accommodated our need for an earlier pickup to facilitate seeing our newest grandson. The on board assistance was quick and easy - adding a bag was a snap. Finally the bags were delivered home ahead of the estimated delivery. Fast and Easy.
