had I not found LugLess… had I not found LugLess, I probably would’ve paid WAY more than I did for my stuff. they managed to safely deliver all nine of my boxes and they were delivered a day early! just, ugh, I’m so glad I entrusted them instead of shipping out with USPS.

We have been using Lugless for years. Dependable. We have been using Lugless for years. Dependable. The only thing is -- you have to make sure you drop at a FedEx Print and Ship location, not a general FedEx drop off which could be co-located at a CVS, Staples, etc. The co-located FedEx centers don't know what to do with the luggage.

Highly recommend Not only was this a much cheaper alternative but I didn’t have to be there for pickup. I received a notification when the bag was received and delivered. Easy peasy. I would recommend getting insurance just in case, I chose the lowest option.

All packages were damaged All packages were damaged. They say they only guarantee safety of sports equipments and clothes and will point you to their disclosures and all that agreement nonsense. But that does not mean that you or your so called partners mishandle other stuff. I lost at least $1000 worth of products due to mishandling. And that is after I chose their most premium package. In addition to this, LugLess never ever honors the timelines you want your goods delivered at. It is always whenever they find it comfortable. And when you question this, they will have dry response saying delivery is the responsibility of our partners. Botched up service. I’d recommend everyone reading this to find a competitor that actually cares.
