Great experience. Easy and inexpensive process Got a large suitcase delivered from DC to Dallas. It was an extremely easy and smooth process. The basic service was very inexpensive but I chose label delivery and shipment pickup which I feel were a bit overpriced. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

All packages were damaged All packages were damaged. They say they only guarantee safety of sports equipments and clothes and will point you to their disclosures and all that agreement nonsense. But that does not mean that you or your so called partners mishandle other stuff. I lost at least $1000 worth of products due to mishandling. And that is after I chose their most premium package. In addition to this, LugLess never ever honors the timelines you want your goods delivered at. It is always whenever they find it comfortable. And when you question this, they will have dry response saying delivery is the responsibility of our partners. Botched up service. I’d recommend everyone reading this to find a competitor that actually cares.

This is my second experience with… This is my second experience with lugless. I sent a suitcase ahead with all the clothes we need for event several weeks ahead. Now we are traveling and soon will be joining our event with the attire all there. No missing belts, socks etc.

Lugless pathentic service Lugless just does the shipping mediation and leaves you at the mercy of delivery person. They don't really care whether the package got delivered to the customer or not. The phone customer support is chargeable, which seems unworthy. The online chat support won't do much except reading out the website content and help topics. The actual shipping provider Fedex repeatedly say it package got delivered with no delivery evidence such as photo, and when I reach out to lugless, they simply say, they don't have to provide the evidence, but at the end they would ask us to complain to the police. The the most annoying experience.
