Lugless pathentic service Lugless just does the shipping mediation and leaves you at the mercy of delivery person. They don't really care whether the package got delivered to the customer or not. The phone customer support is chargeable, which seems unworthy. The online chat support won't do much except reading out the website content and help topics. The actual shipping provider Fedex repeatedly say it package got delivered with no delivery evidence such as photo, and when I reach out to lugless, they simply say, they don't have to provide the evidence, but at the end they would ask us to complain to the police. The the most annoying experience.

Great experience. Easy and inexpensive process Got a large suitcase delivered from DC to Dallas. It was an extremely easy and smooth process. The basic service was very inexpensive but I chose label delivery and shipment pickup which I feel were a bit overpriced. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

I had My luggage shipped from NYC to LA… I had My luggage shipped from NYC to LA because I was Going straight from working in New York to Iceland and didn’t want to bring all my work clothes and wanted to travel light overseas. Lugless made it easy to ship my things back to my home in LA to make traveling easier. Everything arrived on time and was the best rate out there!

I’ll never bring my snowboards on a… I’ll never bring my snowboards on a plane ever again. Lugless is Exactly what they say…you don’t have to lug anything around you bought for a heavy price or heavy luggage for that matter. Seamless, easy and highly recommend will be using them again for sure.

Excellent service for small moves I've used Lugless several times now for long distance small moves and have had nothing but great experiences. I've done the version where you drop off at Fedex/UPS yourself and also done the version where they pick up at your address. All of my packages have arrived on time and intact, and it's so much cheaper than moving companies!
