Made reservation online Made reservation online. Called storage facility prior to vehicle drop off. Got voicemail, left message, never got a call back. No other instructions given. Got to facility (one we’ve used many times in past under different ownership) luckily Bob is still manager and he got us straightened out and all set. If corporations want to take over these facilities they should have better customer service (not counting Bob at L006-he is Awesome!)

Good but seemed like bait and switch pricing Overall good experience and happy I got the storage space for my boat trailer. The price advertised was in the $40 range but then when I tried to book it, it gave an error saying invalid rate. I had to call and the guy that hped said it was $57, not $40 something. I could give a lower rating due to this since it sure seems like false advertising / bait and switch pricing to me.

Joy was very friendly and we have a… Joy was very friendly and we have a circumstance that we ran into which we resolved by needing to put my daughter's car in storage which was the easiest solution. Joy was trying to make the situation complicated by asking me all types of questions w why don't you drive the car to xx which was not necessary. O/w she was great in getting the job done.

Well-Done I received excellent help. The person I spoke with was patient, considerate, attentive to every single detail. Nothing was left out and each question I had such as where the door was placed, which has to do with whether space is wasted for an 'hallway' to get from front to back. The facility itself was clean, bright, safe. Wide door, good temperature. Thank you so much for really prifessional and considerate help during my time of stress.

Great reservation experience The person who I made the reservation with was extremely professional and courteous. He not only gave me information about the location that I had inquired about, but also gave me other options that were financially beneficial for us. Someone from the actual facility also called me later on to confirm, whether or not I had any questions.
