Good SO Far. As of right now, I'm still having trouble figuring out ITS dispatch but, i'm super familiar with the loadboard and rate insights, etc. I really like the software so far. It's proving to be pretty easy! :)

This is a hostile company towards its… This is a hostile company towards its customers. From implementing unwelcome "innovations" to signing you up for services you did not request and overcharging you. Trying to have them fulfill a simple request always, without exception turns into a multi-day, multi-hour chase after customer service that does not answer the phone. You listen to awful music instead. Canceling service is the only option if you want keep your peace of mind. DO NOT LET YOUR BUSINESS RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.

Their customer service is the worse of… Their customer service is the worse of the worst we were trying to get set up via rmis with a broker and we are having so many issues it is a shame at the end we lost the load due to long delays for them to answer the phone..brokers should stay away from these people we tried over and over again to register and we weren't successful it was showing errors errors and nothing but errors at the end...horrible experience
