GBHorrible customer service I sent an email a week ago about an issue, but it hasn't been resolved. I requested a callback, but I haven't received one after three hours. I've been on hold for 52 minutes and counting, and no one has picked up the phone yet.

GBGood SO Far. As of right now, I'm still having trouble figuring out ITS dispatch but, i'm super familiar with the loadboard and rate insights, etc. I really like the software so far. It's proving to be pretty easy! :)

GBThis is a hostile company towards its… This is a hostile company towards its customers. From implementing unwelcome "innovations" to signing you up for services you did not request and overcharging you. Trying to have them fulfill a simple request always, without exception turns into a multi-day, multi-hour chase after customer service that does not answer the phone. You listen to awful music instead. Canceling service is the only option if you want keep your peace of mind. DO NOT LET YOUR BUSINESS RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.

GBI have done ok with your sight not great I have done ok with your sight not great. I know it's not your fault but I have seen loads on your board and found the same load at a better rate on another board but all and all it has been ok. I have booked several loads but with rates dropped faster then the temperature when it should be going up this time of the year that's why it has not been a great experience.
