Horrible customer service I sent an email a week ago about an issue, but it hasn't been resolved. I requested a callback, but I haven't received one after three hours. I've been on hold for 52 minutes and counting, and no one has picked up the phone yet.

This is a hostile company towards its… This is a hostile company towards its customers. From implementing unwelcome "innovations" to signing you up for services you did not request and overcharging you. Trying to have them fulfill a simple request always, without exception turns into a multi-day, multi-hour chase after customer service that does not answer the phone. You listen to awful music instead. Canceling service is the only option if you want keep your peace of mind. DO NOT LET YOUR BUSINESS RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.
