Item was not new-in-box, received with cable missing Got my hotspot in a generic white box. Perhaps the only element of the original packaging was the plastic sheet on the hotspot screen. The additional cable for charging an external phone, listed in the manual as an included item, is absent. Order had to be placed twice because vendor would not accept any of my credit cards directly - seems paypal is really the only option. Checkout took 45 minutes by the time I added another card to paypal. Free shipping was worth what I paid for it - over a week elapsed between CT and DE.

Very happy My old Samsung Rugby phone broke & I wanted a similar replacement .My carrier does not have them anymore & I was not impressed with their $250 alternative which would also mean another 2 year contract .After some online research I went with Mr Aberthon & purchased a new Samsung Rugby B780A which arrived 3 days later for under $90 including shipping . I ended up having an issue with the unit I received and had to send it back, but the return was quick and painless. You can also add apps (like email and maps) over ADB. Shipping was super fast. I ordered on a Thursday and received the following Monday via USPS Fist Class (free shipping).
