Great facilty, great people! Wonderful new storage location. Everything about the site is first class with the management wanting to do things right. Over the years my experiences with climate controlled storage in the Gulf Coast has been pretty depressing. Minimal air conditioning / humidity control has caused a lot of grief. These units are exceptional in their effort to keep it controlled. The folks are friendly and helpful, with available equipment for tenants to use loading and unloading. A great value.

I have rented storage units before I have rented storage units before but this is by far the best experience I’ve had. The Deer Park office is well organized, comfortable and inviting. The staff is extremely professional and I would recommend them to everyone.

Mr Terry was awesome... Mr Terry was awesome... we couldn't get trailer into LaPorte location so he personally went to Deer Park and found and measured to make sure trailer would fit. Your awesome Mr Terry. Only part I was little disappointed in was got to Deer Park and storage unit was locked and I had to make phone called and wait for them to come unlock,

But....I will be cancelling my unit due to increase. I think that this local company does a great job providing storage needs to my company, but after a year I need to cut back and now with the price increase I feel that this will be my last month. I understand that the cost of doing business does rise, but seeing all the new storage lockers that have been made by your company would seem to be a good thing for everyone. More space to sell for you and stable prices for me. I don't see that happening with this moderate increase.

What could be better? I would like a place to wash my trailer and fill up the water tank. I'd gladly pay a reasonable extra fee for the use of such a facility. Some storage places in the North Austin-Round Rock area claim to have such facilities. Mgmt has been easy to work with. Appreciate being able to plug in on an as-needed basis. Facility is reasonably well maintained.
