What could be better? I would like a place to wash my trailer and fill up the water tank. I'd gladly pay a reasonable extra fee for the use of such a facility. Some storage places in the North Austin-Round Rock area claim to have such facilities. Mgmt has been easy to work with. Appreciate being able to plug in on an as-needed basis. Facility is reasonably well maintained.

My 2nd storage unit Moe helped me set up my 2nd storage unit. The storage area is very clean. All personnel was very courteous and professional.

Great facilty, great people! Wonderful new storage location. Everything about the site is first class with the management wanting to do things right. Over the years my experiences with climate controlled storage in the Gulf Coast has been pretty depressing. Minimal air conditioning / humidity control has caused a lot of grief. These units are exceptional in their effort to keep it controlled. The folks are friendly and helpful, with available equipment for tenants to use loading and unloading. A great value.

Moe and Miranda @ La Porte Location Moe and Miranda at the La Porte location are absolutely the sweetest ladies I’ve ever done business with. They are very personable and will go above and beyond customer service. The facility is very clean and well kept, making us feel very comfortable with parking our new RV there.

Outstanding Storage Facility It is rare to find customer service in any business these days, but Lock Tite Storage goes above and beyond. Not only is there facility always clean, a welcoming bag and water bottle is in your unit when you arrive to move in. On numerous occasions if you are to stop in to pay your bill instead of mail, there will be treats on the table and a cold drink in the cooler. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. As much as it kills my husband and I to have "stuff" in storage, Lock Tite makes it a pleasure....if there is such a thing. LockTite knows customer service!
