I recently needed storage unit and … I recently needed storage unit and chose the one in Conroe close to the Walmart. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) has been genuinely helpful and kind. They give you a free lock and I don't know any place that does that. I needed a 2nd storage unit and went back in. I have to admit that I'm a believer in Jesus Christ and I like to talk about the kingdom of God. So I struck up a conversation with them... Not to my surprise, their whole organization are believers as well. Regardless of a person's beliefs, from a business point of view, you will not be sorry for doing business with them.

Long time customer I have been renting at this location for nearly 15 years, Now Lock Tight has not owned this locations but for only a few years, but I'll have to say since the new ownership the place has never looked better. Super clean, lighting is excellent, and security is superb. Manager Terry is very customer friendly and very knowledgable about the industry. Before you go out and lease your next storage locker check out the gang at Lock Tight storage on 620 you won't be disappointed !

Warm friendly atmosphere. Christian based. I located this company by chance on Google. Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly smiling faces. The storage facility is spacious and CLEAN!! The front office had a very homie feel and they even had complimentary refreshments for their guests. From start to finish my experience was awesome! I would hands down refer LockTite Storage for all of your storage needs.

What would I do without them!? Very helpful staff and are very flexible with accommodations to help me with my ever changing storage needs. I own a small business and we sometimes need space for inventory that is stacking up and delivery times are no where near, being able to expand quickly and deflate back to a normal storage size is really handy! Quiet, well lit, safe, and clean. Five stars in my book!
