The quote was competitive, she kept me informed of the steps leading up to the pick-up, the actual pick-up was on time, the driver was friendly and he delivered the car more quickly than promised. A top-notch experience throughout!

We shipped a car from Naples We shipped a car from Naples, FL to Germantown, TN, the first time we have ever shipped a car. Ship A Car Direct (SACD) made the entire experience easy with no surprises. Quoted price was competitive and they met our pick up time and even delivered the car in one day. Our service advisor (John) kept us advised all throughout the process which gave a good comfort with our decision to use SACD. We will definitely use them again in the future.

My strong suggestion is to go with Montway or Sherpa. Should you decide to go with this company, make sure to inquire about the transport provider they will use. If its Highline Auto Transport LLC, avoid this at all cost. Their preference is to communicate via text rather than phone calls. Contacting the driver is an impossible task. Once you establish contact with their dispatch unit, they require you to handle the task of reaching out to the driver and organizing the timetable. They never know where the driver is and expect you find out for yourself. The condition of their trucks is absolutely awful. The lift gate, remotes, storage, are all in poor condition with wiring exposed. Those vehicles are in desperate need of major repairs. Their tone is unacceptable and lacks professionalism due to their arrogance. This brings me back to Ship-a-car-direct. They promise to thoroughly inspect the shippers so you can be worry-free. Based on the factors mentioned above, no reputable company would risk hiring this transport company. To get more proof, check their record on the Better Business Bureau. My intention is not to intentionally damage the reputation of these companies; I simply want to encourage future customers to reconsider their shipping requirements, especially if they own a luxury vehicle. After I went to meet the driver and collect my vehicle myself, they decided to reimburse me a paltry $100. Avoid at all cost. It says a lot about the company, and their attempt to uphold the standards they set forth. While my personal experience wasn’t satisfactory, I do appreciate a company reaching out and attempting to rectify the situation. I do believe a second chance is warranted since they equally went through a bad experience. I appreciated the refund, but more importantly, I appreciated the willingness to listen. I will reconsider future transportion needs.

Professional Staff picked Professional Transport ON TIME Scott was professional from the first call and communicated well through the entire process shipping my car from the East Coast to California. Found a Transporter in less than 5 days even with the small town pick up needed in PA. He was efficient and selected a great carrier that also had the same professional manners needed to build customer confidence to ease the stress of transporting my vehicle. His other team members made sure pick up went fine then the carrier took over with updates on the cross-country journey. Everything ran smoothly with no surprises. My car had no issues arriving. The driver called personally to arrange exact arrival time which made the icing on the cake perfect. Overall A+ service and I'm super happy choosing "Ship a Car Direct" from the many chooses.. Great experience Great experience, car arrived from a cross country move undamaged and very quickly after pickup (2 days for one car, 3 days for another car). How do you drive from NY to CA in 2 days?? It's like magic.
