GBI couldn’t be there when… I got sick and couldn’t be there when my movers moved my stuff into my unit. Everyone was helpful in getting the contract to me via email. They made a possibly nightmarish situation into no big deal at all. Thanks Everyone!

GBWent in and got a room that was not… Went in and got a room that was not what I was told that I would pay. Showed them the quote that I received transferred me into another room that had water damaged and then finally put me in the original room that was above the amount that I was told to pay. Wasted about an hour doing this. The only positive was that they kept the room under the quoted price I received for my time wasted.
