I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s… I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s affordable, close by, the employees are always polite, the facilities are always clean and they help me with whatever issues I have for storage. It’s not that far from the subway in case I need to just visit the facility. I have recommended them to two friends who now also store their items there.

Helpful and friendly Very helpful by phone and in person. Clean facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, everybody was good about wearing masks.

Went in and got a room that was not… Went in and got a room that was not what I was told that I would pay. Showed them the quote that I received transferred me into another room that had water damaged and then finally put me in the original room that was above the amount that I was told to pay. Wasted about an hour doing this. The only positive was that they kept the room under the quoted price I received for my time wasted.

Mini Storage was a little hard to find........ Mini Storage was a little hard to find once I got off the subway due to vague directions from a friend, but, once I found you, seeing the locker, signing up for the locker etc. went very smoothly and everyone was more than professional and nice......I would say super nice.. Plus the fact that everything at the storage site is incredibly clean and obviously cared for.
