GBI use NYC Mini Storage because it’s… I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s affordable, close by, the employees are always polite, the facilities are always clean and they help me with whatever issues I have for storage. It’s not that far from the subway in case I need to just visit the facility. I have recommended them to two friends who now also store their items there.

GBWent in and got a room that was not… Went in and got a room that was not what I was told that I would pay. Showed them the quote that I received transferred me into another room that had water damaged and then finally put me in the original room that was above the amount that I was told to pay. Wasted about an hour doing this. The only positive was that they kept the room under the quoted price I received for my time wasted.
