Best place in Olympia We looked at several places and chose OnGuard because the units were clean, the property was well maintained and had managers onsite. If you care about whatever you are storing, you need a place like this. The service was just great. The onsite manager knew for sure what the terms and prices would be. No surprises.

On Guard Olympia is On Point I am completely satisfied with my experience with On Guard Storage on Harrison Ave in Olympia. Jan is so nice and courteous. She makes you feel at home and that your belongings are under her personal protection. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to store anything from a small unit of a few items to a 35' RV trailer or boat.

Excellent Service Highland Hills Storage provides excellent service. We have had no troubles storing our stuff at their facility. They go out of their way to provide good customer service.

friendly, easy and convenient Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of push carts so once you get there it super easy to get your stuff to the locker. Usually pretty quiet but if its full have always been able to find a place to park in the alley off to the side and get my stuff moved easily enough (again the pushcarts! :) )

Excellent personalized service The manager, William, really went above and beyond. I needed a 10x20 unit, but all he had was two 10x10. So, he gave me a discounted rate for them. Then, as I had rented two units, he let me use the moving van twice. And there was no application fee either. They have a nice, clean facility, provide moving carts and have a large freight elevator for 2nd floor access. The only negative is that the primary access to the storage units is via a 4' high loading dock. Unless you have a moving van, everything has to be carried up a short flight of stairs. Not a huge inconvenience unless you are moving an entire house, but then you'll probably be using a moving van anyway!
