DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company.

Caitlynn Kelley is lovely to work with! Caitlynn Kelley is lovely to work with. We have been struggling with a billing issue for quite some time. She picked up the phone and called me instead of trying to resolve it by email. She also followed up with an email after the situation was fixed to ensure everything was working properly.
