My situation was I thought I had 4 days to get a 20' container. I had less than 24 hrs. If not, customer would have paid to relocate goods and storage fees. Told Jaclyn what I was up against, she took the lead. Jaclyn made it happen the next day. -arrange delivery of container -arranged Fumigation-Auction house did not know anything about-how too -Chassis/Drayage -Explaining what docs are needed-VGM SOLAS fee Her attention to details and dedication to her job took the pressure off me.
