My situation was I thought I had 4 days to get a 20' container. I had less than 24 hrs. If not, customer would have paid to relocate goods and storage fees. Told Jaclyn what I was up against, she took the lead. Jaclyn made it happen the next day. -arrange delivery of container -arranged Fumigation-Auction house did not know anything about-how too -Chassis/Drayage -Explaining what docs are needed-VGM SOLAS fee Her attention to details and dedication to her job took the pressure off me. Not satisfied with the services Hi Team, I booked the shipment from your portal but when the shipment supposes to be picked up your carrier deny to work as they are saying they don't have the proper equipment to pick up this cargo. so we canceled this shipment from your portal and give it to another carrier.
