Noelle Setticase went the extra mile on… Noelle Setticase went the extra mile on shipment HARRIS-1627569607. The freight was scheduled to be picked up on 7/30, the carrier fell down and Noelle spent considerable time on the phone with the carrier in an attempt to get the freight picked up on the 30th. The freight was rescheduled for 8/2, the carrier again fell down and Noelle worked with the carrier to have another driver assigned for pick up on the 2nd.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company.

I was hours from never using Exfreight… I was hours from never using Exfreight again but then I luckily found Noelle Setticase, or rather she found me. Her patience and expert knowledge as well as personal service not only solved my problems but restored my faith in your company. You need 100 more like her but I think she is a rare find.
