Dan and Jen, a peak customer-service experience. Daniel Manzano and Jen Anderson are just flat-out incredible employees of Exfreight. As a rep with Saia Motor Freight, all of the emails I receive are generally always about issues that are urgent, and Danny and Jen are always understanding, and quick with feedback.
