The unit was perfect for our needs. They answered all our concerns and were easily available for help throughout the rental process. Highly recommend!

Roach problem While the staff is usually very nice, I do have to say that the storage facility is filled with cockroaches. I've been renting a unit since last fall and within a few days my locker and my belongings were covered with roaches. I looked through my contract and it says that they don't cover any damages caused by bugs. Though, with as many as I saw just walking through the facility, you'd think they would at least have exterminators do a sweep every few weeks.

outstanding It has been almost 1yr since we began our storage unit. I never worry about my items as they are safe and secure. The staff are wonderful, very kind, informative. The site is well maintained , clean , accessible dollies / carts for loading and unloading my items. Would highly recommend this location .

No complaints We have been using Guardian in Washington PA and have been very happy with that location. Clean, well lit, rest rooms available, easy access for our car (or a truck). We have a 5x5 unit and it holds more than we have to store. Price is very reasonable. Sometimes a little difficult to find something as there's no light inside the unit but hasn't been a real issue, also the ceiling is low so need to be careful. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Other Options Guardian has raised their rent multiple times in the past 5 years... now costing more than most other storage facilities in the area. In the winter, the place is ridiculously cold inside so it's a must to remember this if you are storing anything that could be damaged, like snowglobes or other things filled with any liquids. Have been recently considering moving out of their facility and into a cheaper one close by. a number of them have great reviews.
