1st Class Facilities and Superb Customer Service the two Bobs (General Managers at Freeport Road location) are very customer oriented. The place is kept clean and well-lighted. We have used other temporary storage facilities, and this one is head and shoulders above any other we've tried.

Very accommodating, friendly and experienced staff This facility is far superior to those I have used in other cities. It is very well maintained and well lighted. Some storage firms don't even have lights in each unit. My long distance movers arrived very late on a weekend but Guardian assists in any way possible. The elevators and carts are always available. Of course, the staff is excellent and helpful in every way!

Guardian Storage *Top Notch Facility* You want to be absolutely assured your belongings are stored SAFE; in a CLEAN facility with reasonable monthly rates; Guardian Storage is your best bet! We have found this out the hard way. A few years ago we had to use a storage facility---needless to say some of our items were found with mouse droppings. We had to throw out mattresses, etc... Perfect solution for a college student We live several hours away from my daughter's school and the thought of cleaning out my daughter's college apartment for the summer and hauling everything home was a little overwhelming (and then hauling it all back a few months later). Someone suggested storing the items near her college that she did not need over the summer. I did a lot of research and found Guardian Storage in Pittsburgh. It was indoors, climate controlled, clean and easy access (and 24-hour access). Saved us tons of time. Did not have to rent a truck, so saved us money in the long run!

Other Options Guardian has raised their rent multiple times in the past 5 years... now costing more than most other storage facilities in the area. In the winter, the place is ridiculously cold inside so it's a must to remember this if you are storing anything that could be damaged, like snowglobes or other things filled with any liquids. Have been recently considering moving out of their facility and into a cheaper one close by. a number of them have great reviews.
