Guardian Storage *Top Notch Facility* You want to be absolutely assured your belongings are stored SAFE; in a CLEAN facility with reasonable monthly rates; Guardian Storage is your best bet! We have found this out the hard way. A few years ago we had to use a storage facility---needless to say some of our items were found with mouse droppings. We had to throw out mattresses, etc... No complaints We have been using Guardian in Washington PA and have been very happy with that location. Clean, well lit, rest rooms available, easy access for our car (or a truck). We have a 5x5 unit and it holds more than we have to store. Price is very reasonable. Sometimes a little difficult to find something as there's no light inside the unit but hasn't been a real issue, also the ceiling is low so need to be careful. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Facility and Management! The Cranberry Twp. location is convenient to I79 (just minutes from the Warrendale exit), clean, and well taken care of. I haven't had any issues or concerns with keeping my summer cars stored there in their climate controlled units over the winter months. Both Suzanne & Deb are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure that the rental experience is smooth and trouble free. In short, I have been very happy there and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and clients.

Perfect solution for a college student We live several hours away from my daughter's school and the thought of cleaning out my daughter's college apartment for the summer and hauling everything home was a little overwhelming (and then hauling it all back a few months later). Someone suggested storing the items near her college that she did not need over the summer. I did a lot of research and found Guardian Storage in Pittsburgh. It was indoors, climate controlled, clean and easy access (and 24-hour access). Saved us tons of time. Did not have to rent a truck, so saved us money in the long run!
