MAcan you do it Hi Recently, when I purchased a product from one of the sites using your service The package had an invoice revealing the price of the product, and when the product arrived at my country, customs opened the package and looked at that invoice. I paid a high amount of customs My question is, next time, can I ask you to open the package and destroy that invoice because it creates some problems for me at customs, as the price is very high in relation to customs fees?

AUPaid huge amount for shipping never sent ***anyone who has issues should do a chargeback on their credit card enough of those and their merchant provider will boot them*** Paid shipping and urgent processing fee shipping was booked 1 with DHL other with FedEx but parcels never handed over to them. No response from planetexpress. ***you only asked for that information after this review and neither DHL or fedex have received the parcels as I have checked with them. Both couriers have my details

SASimply if you didn't pay for insurance… Simply if you didn't pay for insurance when shipping which is optional, then consider your shipment be lost. And you got nothing in return

NLAbsolute killer service Absolute killer service: Fast, affordable and reliable. Lots of options for shipping. Never had any issues. A minuscule inconvenience I have is opening photographs of my received packages on Safari or Brave on my desktop when im logged in on Planet Express. That's my only advice for improvement. Overal I'm a happy customer.

GBNice and easy Overall experience was pretty good. I used the "Buy for me" to order some items from costco US that UK don't stock. Pretty simple, you add your items, how much they are and click order, it asks for the money upfront which is fine and off it goes. The only gripe I found was that from ordering to them ordering for me took about 2 weeks give or take, and in that time the status was a blank "pending" so wasn't 100% clear if I had done it all correctly or I had missed something. Once they had received the package everything else was super simply, plenty of shipping options and I chose the standard USPS which wasn't expensive. All in all can't really fault the process, even with their warnings of delays due to covid (probably update the site) it arrived quicker than expected.
