I’m giving Planet Express top marks for their incredible accuracy, customer care, and above all, their customer-friendly approach and amazing support. They are patient (with an old fool like me), friendly, QUICK, and most importantly - personal! Unlike Amazon’s dreadful AI robot support, you quickly get in touch with a real PERSON who kindly assists you - shout out to Sarina. My deepest thanks and appreciation. 10/10.

Paid huge amount for shipping never sent ***anyone who has issues should do a chargeback on their credit card enough of those and their merchant provider will boot them*** Paid shipping and urgent processing fee shipping was booked 1 with DHL other with FedEx but parcels never handed over to them. No response from planetexpress. ***you only asked for that information after this review and neither DHL or fedex have received the parcels as I have checked with them. Both couriers have my details

I bought a hat for under 70 dollars and they are trying to charge me $103.00 to ship it to the US Virgin Islands. And I am currently reaching out to them they and they are not responding. They also have no phone number to call and speak to anyone. TRUST ME SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They are quite good most of the time… They are quite good most of the time but crap always happens when I ship stuff via asendia. I was expecting a package in Nov but up until now it has never shown up even though it says delivered on the system? The tracking number is UY300396678FR.

Worthless Service I tried shipping one package and after nearly a month it is still being held by customs in Costa Rica and planet express is worthless. Their shipping costs must also be up charged. It’s a total rip-off why use an intermediary if they offer no assistance in getting your packages to you? A total waste of money!
