Good value but can be great with tweaking! Good value service but i find shipping rates to be too expensive and shipping limited only to Fedex international, provide more options. Shop2ship is prompt in responding to email queries, which is great. However there are some repetitive issues, like USPS keep marking parcels delivered 1-2 weeks before shop2ship ever confirm receipt of the items, this issue needs to be urgently addressed. Despite repeated attempts to talk to someone on Shop2ship's listed phone number it always rings without an answer, no idea why list a telephone number if no one ever answers!!

I'm really happy with the service… I'm really happy with the service Shop2Ship offers. This company enables me and my family to buy US products even during the covid pandamic where travelling to the US is not possible. I don't understand all the negativ reviews because of expensive rates. All the shipments are shiped with express providers and are delivered to Germany within a couple of days - this is a fantastic service and could not be better!

Used them several times but not again And here is why The Pros: Works well, nothing gets lost, good documentation of incoming parcels, good web interface, efficient removing of excessive packing material The Cons: Sometimes removing of too much packaging material, had small items rolling around. Every time they forget to remove an invoice, but charge for the service, one day I will have a big problem at customs clearance. Main reason why I’m looking for an alternative for my next shipments. 1 Star only for customer service, it is nonexistent. Tried for weeks to call them, wrote emails, used contact form, Messenger in Facebook, texted them, never got any response.

Only giving a 3 star as the service has… Only giving a 3 star as the service has been slower than usual. Will give the benefit of the doubt as I understand they are in the process of moving to a new location. Normally I find the service exceptional, which is why I won't give less than a 3 star this time. Hopefully after the move the service will be fast again.
