Will give the benefit of the doubt as I understand they are in the process of moving to a new location. Normally I find the service exceptional, which is why I won't give less than a 3 star this time. Hopefully after the move the service will be fast again.

Even paying for Amazon shipping and all import duties are still cheaper than using Shop 2 Ship. I fail to see what value you add by being so expensive that its cheaper to puchase the product locally in my country.

I'm really happy with the service… I'm really happy with the service Shop2Ship offers. This company enables me and my family to buy US products even during the covid pandamic where travelling to the US is not possible. I don't understand all the negativ reviews because of expensive rates. All the shipments are shiped with express providers and are delivered to Germany within a couple of days - this is a fantastic service and could not be better!

Pathetic No customer service at all, zilch, nada. They lost goods in their warehouse and it was bever delivered to me. It was impossible to contact Shop2ship and numerous emails went unanswered. Do not use them, you have no assurance that anything yoy send them will actually be sent to you and if you have any issues you will not receive any response from them.

Shop2ship is example of excellence Shop2ship is an excellent example of reliable and safe service. They are always ready to help and open for cooperation. More than once their support service helped me to minimize the expensise, also when it was my mistake.
